DELIVERY
- Delivery charges will be quoted to you when we receive your order and delivery address. Regrettably no deliveries are free.
- We cannot guarantee delivery to all locations.
- Delivery charges are payable in full along with any order deposit at the time of placing your order and are per delivery.
- Split orders which require multiple deliveries are for your account (per each delivery) unless otherwise arranged with management.
- Deliveries requiring special arrangements can be made but will be at additional cost to you.
- Please talk to Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd on the costs of delivery which vary depending on the distance, region, and size of load.
- The signature confirms that the goods were received in good condition.
- In the case of any product which has multiple elements once signed for it is agreed that all items have been received by the person you have elected to sign for your goods.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd will not be held responsible for any goods damaged, missing elements or late deliveries that may occur with any parties collecting on your behalf.
- Specific delivery times cannot be made or agreed to at the time of order. Morning or afternoon can be arranged.
- We do not offer storage facilities – deliveries or collections that cannot be done on agreed date, will be subject to storage fee charged and will be for customer’s account.
- An adult must be available to sign and acknowledge receipt of the product, and that it is in a satisfactory condition.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-payment. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from any deposits received.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd does not accept cancellations once the stock has been paid for or delivered since the factory production time has been booked and product paid for.
ORDERING
- Once you have found a product or products on our website that you desire, you will be able to receive a quote via the quote request button, per stock item.
- This can be found on the product page and as you work through the website selecting your required products a product basket will be created which can be
submitted directly to Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd. - A staff member from Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd will contact you directly by phone or e-mail to discuss the order, timelines, and your delivery requirements.
- The quote is valid for 14 days and is subject to stock availability.
- Prices cannot be guaranteed outside of this time-period.
STOCK MADE TO ORDER
- If you are selecting a specific non-stock item which requires an independent production run for large quantities or a specific stock item, which includes nonstandard fabric, production or timelines can vary and will be based on the factories productions run and schedules.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd will be directly involved but is not responsible for any production timelines delays, outside of its control.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd will endeavor to meet the agreed timeline for delivery.
- Details of your order should be checked by yourself and confirmed as correct when your order is placed and signed by you (We do not hold ourselves responsible for any incorrect orders placed.)
PAYMENTS
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd operates on a pre-payment system which allows us to offer competitive pricing.
- Stock items ordered requires full payment up front.
- In the case of no stock items Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd will require a 80% deposit prior to production run as well as stock reservation.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd cannot guarantee a competitive price in this case as pre-payment on large productions runs is required by the factories and or suppliers.
- The full balance is due prior to delivery or collection.
- Date of full payment may affect factory production times and the timelines which are quoted by Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd.
- All delivery charges must be paid in full at the time of payment made for the order.
- If you accept the quotation from Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd the recommended method of payment is by EFT, directly into our bank account. Card facilities is also available at the showroom.
- All payments including all EFT need to reflect in the bank account of Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd before any order is released or placed for delivery or collection.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd does not accept cash payments or cash deposits.
- For urgent orders that are paid via EFT please use the “pay and clear” service offered by most banks. This ensures that the payment is processed immediately in real time.
- For urgent orders, payment can be made against the quotation document, and we will send you your invoice after payment or once goods are ready for delivery.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
- Your order/payment becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. Once your order has been accepted, we reserve the right to cancel an order in
circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control. Full credit will be given to the customer.
ERRORS
- Every effort is made to ensure the information provided is correct. Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any form of misprint or defect.
COLOUR DESCRIPTIONS & UNIQUE FEATURES:
- While every effort is made to ensure that the product you buy, corresponds as closely to the sample shown on the web site or on Showroom floor, there might be a chance that they are not identical.
- We regret that no responsibility can be accepted for colour variations.
SHADES AND COLOURS OF STANDARD WOOD/SEATING OPTIONS
- The standard colours of fabric/wood/seating products are guaranteed per production run. Non-standard colours of wooden/seating products cannot be

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- In the unlikely event of a defective product, please bring this under the attention on the assembly team while they are on site. If defect is detected after
Customer have checked the goods with the assembly team leader, and signed the Delivery note, the responsibility to return the item to Time2Trade will fall on the customer. Please contact Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd within 7 hours of receiving the product as we will always honour all guarantees on items as stated on your quote. - Non-guaranteed items can still be fixed or altered by the Time2Trade team if needed.
- Please discontinue the use of this product if you have identified a problem.
- Defective products once received from the customer will be returned to the supplier and the replacement/repair thereof will be at the discretion of the
supplier or factory. - Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods are defective.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd will ensure exchange or repair of like for like product.
- The returning of the product to Time2Trade is not the responsibility of Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd and any costs incurred is for your account.
- Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd is not responsible for any products that is subjected to customers abuse or the incorrect use of product outside of the manufacturer’s recommendations.
CHANGES IN ORDERS
- Should you need to amend an order within 24 hours Time2Trade will assist in the process however lead times and price may be affected.
- Products made to order cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.
- Should you delay payment for any reason Time2Trade cannot guarantee dates or delivery of your order.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via EFT, Visa, and MasterCard.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd via Pay Fast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on Pay Fast secure site. For more detail on Pay Fast refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR) or United States Dollar (USD).
Responsibility
Time2Trade (PTY) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Office Group chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
